Seema D. Ruchandani
Ms. Ruchandani earned her J.D. Degree from George Mason School of Law in Arlington, Virginia in 2002. Immediately upon swearing into the Virginia bar, Ms. Ruchandani joined the public defender's office for the City of Fredericksburg, and Counties of Stafford, King George, and Spotsylvania, where she gained valuable experience in defending a wide array of criminal offenses. Ms. ;Ruchandani also has a background in Social Security law, and real estate law, but desired to be back in the courtroom. Before opening her practice, Ms. Ruchandani also worked for the City of Falls Church and County of Arlington's public defender's office. She believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues, and could devote more time to her clients. She has worked closely with law enforcement, and has been on ride alongs in order to gain valuable insight. In 2011, Ms. Ruchandani founded The Law Offices of Seema D. Ruchandani. Since then, Ms. Ruchandani has represented many clients in courts all over Virginia. Her firm has allowed Ms. Ruchandani to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation.
Ms. Ruchandani is active in a member of the Prince William Bar Association, and actively participates in accepting low-income clients in multiple jurisdictions in order to continue her commitment. She treats every client with respect and integrity.
